Article 1 - Payment
To finalize your purchase on Analytical Standard Solutions (A2S), we offer several secure payment methods (Card or transfer). We ensure that all transactions are protected by advanced security systems to ensure the confidentiality of your banking information.

Shipping Zones
We provide delivery services to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Liechtenstein, Great Britain, Austria, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia.
Please note that certain countries or remote regions may not be covered by our delivery services at this time. Contact us to confirm the availability of delivery in your region.
Selected Carrier
The carrier used for the delivery of your order depends on your country of residence. We collaborate with various carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery, including TNT for deliveries in Europe, FedEx for North America, and FedEx, DHL for Asia. The carrier will be automatically selected by Analytical Standard Solutions (A2S).
Delivery Times
After the products are available in stock, orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 1 and 3 business days, depending on your location and the assigned carrier.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following day or the following Monday in the case of orders placed on Friday.
We do not provide delivery on public holidays in France.
Analytical Standard Solutions (A2S) cannot be held responsible for delays related to transportation or customs.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated when placing your order, based on your location as follows:
- €30: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Liechtenstein, Great Britain.
- €40: Austria, Greece, Ireland, Switzerland.
- €50: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Georgia.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries in remote areas or with specific carriers.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to track your package directly on the selected carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us so that we can investigate with the concerned carrier. In case of loss or damage during transportation, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Article 3 - Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, however, you must provide us with a written document expressing your intention to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires. Simply returning the product without a declaration or refusing to take delivery is not sufficient to express your intention to withdraw.
However, under French regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market rates that may occur during the withdrawal period (e.g., purchase of raw materials).
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, requiring specific adaptations to meet precise technical and aesthetic requirements (e.g., single-element solutions).
- Perishable or quickly deteriorating goods, except food products with a minimum durability date (MDD).
- Goods that have been opened and are not returnable for hygiene or health protection reasons.
- Goods that are inseparable from other items (e.g., a remote control for a television).
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with all tags intact. Certain products, such as custom-made products, opened products, etc., are not eligible for return due to hygiene or personalization reasons.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@a-2-s.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the items. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where we made a mistake (defective or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method selected at the time of purchase or any other payment method you have agreed to within 14 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for further instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We are committed to correcting our mistake by offering you a replacement or a full refund.
